Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery time frame will be available to you during checkout.
We offer free standard shipping for orders $100 and more within Continental for Retail Orders U.S. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FDO/DPO and International orders.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major carriers, including UPS and USPS. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during the time of purchase. In the event a customer enters and confirms an order with the wrong shipping address and fails to notify Verra Nova before order is packed and shipped, the customer will be held responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the incorrectly shipped order and/or shipping costs related to shipping a new order (if required) to the correct address.
Returns/Exchange, Replacement and Cancellation Policies
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned with proof of purchase for a full refund of the merchandise value less shipping within 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost if the product is no longer desired. To return/exchange an item, please email us with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returns must be new/unused and in original packaging. Verra Nova’s handcrafted products are fragile and must be treated with the utmost in care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packaging materials if you plan to return an item. Verra Nova is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed sufficiently to receive full credit on the return. After the item has been received and inspected by Verra Nova, the refund or exchange is typically processed within 10 days. Applicable refunds apply to merchandise only (not shipping). We only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective. Once merchandise is used, returns/exchanges will no longer be accepted.
You may return defective items, items damaged at the time or receipt, and incorrect items received by contacting us via email email@example.com within 3 days of the order receipt. Please submit the following information with your replacement or return request
Your name, contact number and mailing address.
Proof of purchase
Clear photos of damaged or defected item. If multiple items are damaged, all pieces should be pictured in one photo.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel items that have not yet shipped, please contact us at 650-728-5613 Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM PT or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
